Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Montera India offer 7 days return from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
After 7 days of delivery the order id is not eligible for return in any condition.
• An Upfront reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 per product will be applicable at the time of submitting the return request.
• Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped with original tags and packing. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
• Payments made with PREPAID option will automatically transfer the refund amount to the source from where the payment has been made. Within 2-5 working days after received the product and quality check.
• Payments made with COD option will receive a Pay-out link on your registered mobile number. You have to submit your bank details or UP id on that link correctly then automatically your refund amount will be transferred to the bank details or UPI address within 2-5 days after received the product and quality check.
• Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
